1) Description of Service
In Charge IT, LLC provides a variety of services related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. These services may include, but not limited to, Administration, Development, Technical Support, Data Management and Analysis, Consulting Services. The services may also include any other services that can be associated with our service / business activities.
The fee / payment information or quotes that In Charge IT, LLC may provide to a customer, are only valid for 3 business days after they are issued. In Charge IT, LLC may reserve the right to change the payment / fee information or quotes at any time.
2) Customer obligations
You must be 18 years old or older to use services by In Charge IT, LLC. You must provide accurate and valid accurate information / identification about yourself, your company / business, your CRM installation, billing address, payment, or any other information required for providing the service.
In Charge IT, LLC may reserve the right to refuse any services without providing any explanation.
A customer must pay in advance / before the service is rendered. Any past due payments are subject to late charges and collection.
A customer can never sell or resell any service provided by In Charge IT, LLC.
A customer has to agree with these Terms of Service before the service is provided.

4) Submitted files, documents or any other materials or content
We are not responsible for files, documents, materials, or content that you may submit, email, or upload to In Charge IT, LLC.
In Charge IT, LLC will never be responsible for any damages resulted from receiving, sending, mailing, handling, storing, or viewing of any files, documents, or content submitted by the customer online, via mail or in person.
You must agree not to submit any materials, files, documents, or any other content that may violate any copyrights or laws. Such materials, documents, files, or content must not contain any computer viruses.
You agree that In Charge IT, LLC will not be liable if your materials, documents content, or files violate any copyrights or laws.
In Charge IT, LLC may reserve the right to refuse your materials, documents, content, or files.
You agree that submitting, sending or exchange of your materials, documents, files, or content may result in interstate communication.
In Charge IT, LLC may reserve the right to keep and use your materials, documents, files, or content for any periods of time. We reserve the right to e-mail, mail, scan, print, reproduce any of your materials, documents, files, or content.
5) Warranties
The services are provided “AS-IS”.
In Charge IT, LLC will not and cannot provide any warranty that:
- Services will be accurate
- Services will be provided on time
- Services or quality of services will satisfy clients' requirements or meet any expectations
Once the service is provided, we are not obligated to keep, store or maintain your materials, documents, files, or content.
6) Limitation of Liability
You accept that In Charge IT, LLC will not be liable, in any way or manner, for any damages that may result from use of our services.
